Refund Policy – Global Edu Help

Global Edu Help provides  Internship Services and, Resume writing services. There is no refund for the services given. All sales are considered final. Refund is only applicable in case:

If Customer is incorrectly charged twice for the same operation, following which the user needs to offer the suitable proof so the refund can be arranged which can take up to 45 days to transfer into account.

User can demand to cancel every service within 6 hours of payment. After 6 hours, no request will be valid.

Refunds will be made to the account given to us by the customer of our service. Invoice & other proofs would be attached with the refund. Refunds will be made onto the inventive mode of payment & will be processed depending on the issue bank of the credit /debit card.

Revision Policy

In case a customer is unhappy, they can request a revision of resume or translated document within 24-48 hours of service completion, after which no such requests, will be conventional, and no refund is issued as the service would be delivered and consumed already.
