Refund, Cancellation, and Revision Policy

Welcome to Global Edu Help. We are committed to providing high-quality services, including resume writing, translation services, recruitment, and HR consultancy. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our refund, cancellation, and revision policies below:

Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Services:
    • All sales for our services are final and non-refundable, except under specific conditions mentioned below.
  2. Refund Eligibility:
    • Duplicate Charges: If a customer is incorrectly charged twice for the same service, a refund will be issued for the duplicate charge. Customers must provide suitable proof (e.g., bank statement or receipt) to initiate the refund process.
    • Refund Requests After Placing an Order: Customers may request a refund within 10 days of placing the order. However, no refund will be issued if:
      • Work has already been initiated (e.g., PDC completed, first call from the operations department made, or the first draft delivered).
      • The order includes combo packages, and two or more products have already been delivered.
    • For combo packages, if any products remain undelivered, a refund for those undelivered products can be requested. However, delivered products will be charged at full price (if purchased under a special discount), and 30% of the balance amount will be deducted as processing charges.
  3. Refund Processing:
    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
    • Customers must provide a copy of the invoice and any other supporting documentation when requesting a refund.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Service Cancellation:
    • Customers may cancel any service within 6 hours of payment.
    • Cancellation requests made after 6 hours of payment will not be entertained.
  2. How to Cancel:
    • To cancel a service, email us at info@globaleduhelp.com with your payment details and service reference number.
  3. Refund for Cancellations:
    • If a service is successfully canceled within the 6-hour window, a full refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Revision Policy

  1. Revision Requests:
    • If a customer is dissatisfied with the delivered resume or translated document, they can request revisions within 24-48 hours of receiving the completed service.
    • No revision requests will be accepted after this 48-hour window.
  2. Limitations on Revisions:
    • Revisions are limited to the scope of the original request. Any additional changes outside the initial service requirements will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.
    • No refunds will be issued for services after revisions are provided, as the service is considered fully delivered and consumed.

Delivery Policy

  1. Service Delivery:
    • All services are delivered electronically via email or through our platform. Customers must provide a valid email address to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Delivery timelines will vary based on the service and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  2. Delays:
    • While we strive to deliver services within the promised timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be promptly notified in case of any delays.
  3. Non-Delivery Claims:
    • If a customer does not receive the service within the communicated timeframe, they must notify us within 7 days. Non-delivery claims made after this period will not be entertained.
